Every Cavora Wave order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. Use it as part of your daily routine for up to 60 days — if it doesn't beat your old cleaning method, contact us and we'll refund you in full. The guarantee applies even after daily use; it exists so you can genuinely test the product.
Every unit is also covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
How to Start a Return
- Email trycavora@gmail.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd prefer a refund, a replacement, or store credit.
- We'll reply with simple return instructions.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless your item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we'll take care of it.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you'd prefer, we're happy to offer a replacement unit or store credit instead — just let us know what works best for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
